Control station type SU-RN

Control station type SU-RN is designed for the remote control (turn on and off), over-current protection and short circuit of asynchronous drives with squirrel-cage rotor (from 1 to 10 pcs) and outgoing connections in mining electrical networks with isolated neutral transformer.

 

Control station is available in the unit normal version RN-2.

 


      Main types of the stations depending on the controlled equipment:

  • compact station with automatic switch and lighting transformer for the control of shearer, potash miner and cooling installation;
  • compact station with automatic drive for the control of the shearer and cooling installation;
  • compact station for the control of shearer and gate-conveyor with transformer (Р=40kVA, U=1140/660V);
  • compact station for the control of the shearer and gate-conveyor;
  • compact station for the control of stowing complexes.


      Distinctive feature of the control stations type SU-RN is the circuitry that provides:

  • enabling and disabling of power contactors according to a predetermined algorithm;
  • enabling and disabling of power contactors without supplying of voltage power circuit (testing);
  • ability to connect remote controls;
  • intrinsically safe inputs for external control;
  • intrinsically safe outputs for the issue of the status of power contactors.


      Station’s circuitry except the controlling functions provides:

  • protection against short-circuit currents of outgoing power circuits;
  • protection against overcurrent of outgoing power circuits;
  • protection against impermissible heating of the connected equipment;
  • protection from the break and fault of the circuits of remote control;
  • protection against self-switch at increasing of the voltage up to 150 % of nominal;
  • protection against break, fault or increasing of resistance above the permissible level of the ground of outgoing connections;
  • lock which prevents switch of the lead-out at damage or reducing of isolation of outgoing circuits relative to the ground below the permissible level;
  • protection against electrical leakage in the internal power supply circuits 42 V and 220 V;
  • protection against leakage of current in the outgoing connections and "5-meter" section of the supply line;
  • zero protection;
  • indication of supply voltage;
  • indication of protection operation;
  • indication of switch of the outgoings;
  • verification of protection action.


      In the off-circuits 127 V after the lighting transformer except control functions are also provided:

  • protection against current leakage;
  • lock, which prevents the inclusion of outgoings at damage or reduce of isolation of outgoing circuits relative the ground below the permissible level;
  • protection against open circuit, short or resistance increase above the permissible level of the grounding circuit of outgoing connections;
  • protection against short-circuit currents of outgoing connections;
  • protection against over current of outgoing circuits.


      Exploitation conditions:

  • underground workings of mines, including salt, ventilated with fresh air stream through the generally-mining depression, in which "Safety rules at underground mining of the potash deposits of the Republic of Belarus" is allowed to use the electrical equipment in mine normal performance;
  • conditions and category of usage according to GOST 15150-69;
  • ambient temperature, 0C - from -5 to +35 ;
  • relative humidity at ambient temperature (25 ± 2) 0 C, % - (98 ± 2);
  • atmospheric pressure, kPa - (99,75 ± 13,3);
  • dustiness of the air, no more mg/m2 - 1500 ;
  • vibration, no more Hz - 25 ;
  • acceleration vibration, no more m/s2 - 10;
  • group of exploitation conditions at the part of the influence of mechanical factors according the GOST17516.1-90 - M18;
  • no jolts and bumps;
  • working position - vertical, is permitted a deviation of the working position not more than 150 in any direction;
  • permissible mains of voltage of supplying network from 85 to 110% of the nominal value.
